How long will it take for me to get a refund on my returned item?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your item to be processed. Refunds typically take 2-3 business days to appear in your account once they’ve been processed, but can occasionally take up to 10 business days.

Will you accept returns of product in any condition?

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Returned items cannot be washed, worn, used, or altered in any way. Any items deemed used or altered in any way will not be eligible for a refund.

Who pays for my return?

For customers with shipping addresses within the US, free return labels will be provided. International customers are responsible for covering any costs associated with returns.

How long after my order can I submit a return request?

Return requests must be made within 30 days of the date your order is delivered. 

How do I return my order for a refund?

Returns can be made by visiting our self-service portal. Please ensure you have your order number and email address used when placing your purchase.

Can I return or exchange an item purchased at the pop-up?
Pop-up purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

What if I purchased or received the wrong size?
We recommend checking sizing before leaving the event. Size exchanges may be available onsite at the pop-up event while inventory lasts, but once the pop-up has ended, all sales are final and we’re unable to process refunds, returns, or exchanges.

What if I changed my mind and no longer want the merchandise?
All sales are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges are permitted.

What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?
Please take a moment to review your purchase before leaving the pop-up event. Once merchandise has left the premises, all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

What if I was incorrectly charged?
Before leaving the pop-up event, please double-check your receipt to make sure everything is correct. Once the pop-up event has ended, we’re unable to process refunds.

Will items be available online after the pop-up?
Some items may be exclusive only to the pop-up event. Inventory availability varies and cannot be guaranteed.

Are any items exclusive to the pop-up?
Certain products may be exclusive to the pop-up event only and may not be available online.
